Miss Peach interviews the pilot, who parachuted to safety—although still suspended on a billboard, on broadcast about what transpired up there. The pilots says that he doesn't know why, but the spaceship suddenly lost control. They are interrupted by a monstrous-looking vehicle crashing through the billboard.

This vehicle continues to wreck havoc on the city's streets, attracting the attention of Happy S., who is determined to save the day. He transforms into his Happy Car and pursues the enemy. Miss Peach, Mr. Lightbulb, and a driver also follow the chase in order to report live from the scene of action. At this point, the commotion has also drawn Smart S. and Careful S. to join in on the car chase, both with their respective vehicle forms.

The drivers of the monstrous vehicle are revealed to be Big M. and Little M.. Big M. tells Little M. that they must not let their identities be revealed, as they are undercover Planet Gray agents, to which Little M. misunderstands and puts a bucket on Big M.'s head in order to cover his face. Having his vision compromised while being the driver, Big M. accidentally drives the vehicle through multiple buildings, as the Happy Heroes continue to pursue them.

Smart S. suddenly stops, which concerns Happy S. for a moment, but Smart S. was simply preoccupied with liking a fan's post on social media about him looking cool. He puts his Smart Car on auto-drive in the meantime, while gloating to himself about having more Weibo followers than Careful S.. Suddenly, Careful S. jumps into scene on his motorcycle, and his follower count increases—to Smart S.'s great dismay. Angrily, Smart S. tries again to make a cool move with his Car to increase his follower count, only to be overtaken by Careful S. again, causing Smart S. to crash.

Meanwhile, the police force tries to stop the monstrous vehicle, but it simply plows through them. They are saved by Sweet S.'s bubbles. Careless S. also arrives and attempts to fire missiles at the monstrous vehicle, making Big M. and Little M. panic for a moment, but he accidentally put a plunger as the ammo instead. The monstrous vehicle hits the Careless Car, which damages its windshield and automatic navigation system. They resort to having Little M. stick his head out the top to distinguish directions. Eventually the car chase finds itself at the beach, where the Happy Heroes lose their target among the sand and beach umbrellas.

Happy S. alerting Doctor H..

At Doctor H.'s house, Doctor H. is busy admiring Miss Peach when Happy S. interrupts him, alerting that they lost track of the enemy. Doctor H. helps them locate the car, which is in the underground tunnels.

The group chases the monstrous car out of the underground tunnels, and the car falls into a ravine. After a series of attempts at random buttons, Little M. finally manages to find a useful button that transforms the monstrous vehicle into something akin to the Heroes' Car Knights. In turn, all of the Heroes also transform into their Car Knights. They battle in the desert, with the Heroes coming victorious. However, in the process of the fight, Happy S. accidentally destroys the underground power wires, causing a temporary worldwide internet outage.

Big M. and Little M. escape the scene by pretending to be hostages taken by the monstrous car and being sent away on an ambulance. Big M. contacts the Commander, who scolds them for their failure but informs him that he has sent a special monster to help them. The pair meet the monster at the Commander's given location, which is the zoo. They discover that the monster is a shapeshifter named Transformation M..

Back at Doctor H.'s house, the Heroes try to escape having to eat the food Sweet S. made, but she catches them. Careless S., having forgotten that the food she cooks is bad, eats it and virtually gets poisoned. Sweet S. is discouraged for a moment, but she then decides to blame the frying pan being faulty. Suddenly, the household sees the live news showing many civilians being angry at Happy S. for destroying the internet. Happy S. decides he should go to the city and help people in order to atone for the damage he did. Careless S. sees a dejected Sweet S. and offers her a new energy-gathering frying pan that he made out of solar panels himself.

Big M., Little M., and Transformation M. knock out the engineers that are trying to fix the internet, and they release their virus minions into the cable network. Meanwhile, Happy S. goes around the city and attempts solve the problems created by the lack of internet and the virus Transformation M implanted. However, he unintentionally only causes more problems.

A suspicious man in a suit enters a public port-a-potty and presses the flush button on the toilet three times. A computer screen appears out of the toilet, and he enters a passcode and his facial ID. The back wall of the port-a-potty opens and reveals an elevator, to which he enters. He arrives at what seems to be a government headquarter and informs the Minister that there is an unknown virus attacking Planet Xing’s network. The Minister replies that he already knows because all of his vegetables in FarmVille have been eaten. Suddenly, an alarms sounds. The Department of Defense network is under attack. The virus breaks through all of their firewalls except for the one Doctor H. built. They quickly decide to invite Doctor H. to the DOD.

As the man in the suit leaves the room, the Spy Fly J flies out of his hair. Transformation M., Big M., and Little M. have all been watching. The three start laughing, and when Little M. asks why, Big M replies that they already knew the last firewall was impenetrable and that they wanted to lure Doctor H. into the DOD to fix the other firewalls. To celebrate their victory, Big M. orders Little M. to fetch the eighty-eight-year-old wine. Little M. returns and fills their cups. He couldn’t find the wine, so he used the eighty-eight-year-old soy sauce instead.

Happy S. is upset that he is only causing more problems and sullenly sits on the roof of Doctor H.’s house alone, feeling like a failure. Doctor H. finds him up there, and Happy S. looks to him for advice. He gives Happy S. a paper folded into the shape of a spaceship and tells him a story about a boy who had a dream of building a huge spaceship. After years of studying and working hard, he was finally being able to build one. Then, something happened and the boy never dared to touch a spaceship ever again. The story is interrupted by an emergency call Doctor H. receives from the DOD. Before leaving, however, Doctor H tells Happy S., “You are always working hard to help everyone, as long as they work hard to see as well, there will be a day where they can see your good intentions!”
